Your body does all of it’s repair work when you are asleep. Don’t short change your training by not getting enough sleep. The standard 8 hours is good.
Lift heavy and use compound lifts. Train heavy with exercises using multiple muscle groups helps with GH production. This not only helps with GH but it also helps with testosterone production. Especially heavy leg training. Be weary of too much heavy training. Heavy training places huge demands on your central nervous system. It takes your CNS longer to recover than your muscles. So don’t overdo it.
Also go for the burn. Lactic acid buildup in muscles seems to help with increasing human growth hormone. Doing supersets, giant sets, any of the intensity boosting training techniques can be beneficial when trying to increase HGH production.
