Controlled Labs Green Bulge

One of the more popular supplement companies out there right now is Controlled Labs. Two of their products, White Flood and Purple Wraath, are very popular.

They also have a creatine product called Green Bulge. It contains about 3 types of creatine. This is not the old creatine monohydrate either. it’s the newer stuff.

When you take Green Bulge you get the usual benefits of taking creatine. If you take bodybuilding supplements on a regular basis, you know what those benefits are.

One of the creatines in Green Bulge has been shown in studies to give you very good strength increases in 2 weeks. I wouldn’t go crazy with that study though. You should get some gains with creatine in 2 weeks anyway….or at least I have.

Another benefit of taking Green Bulge is that they say some of their ingredients get your body to produce creatine naturally. These ingredients are glycocyamine and betaine. I am not a big fan of these products. I have seen information that says that glycocyamine can potentially cause some liver problems. I would advise doing your research on those ingredients and decide for yourself.

Controlled Labs has also included a hydroxyisoleucine and alpha lipoic acid for insulin function and antioxidant properties.

In the end, creatine is creatine. It is one of the few bodybuilding supplements out there that actually does work….for just about everyone.

There are tons of creatine products on the market. Several of them work very well. Controlled Labs have added Green Bulge to that list of good creatine supplements.
