Controlled Labs White Flood
White Flood is a relatively new pre-workout formula from Controlled Labs. White Flood has become pretty popular not only with the people I am around, but for workout enthusiasts in general. The best thing about white flood for most people is the price. It is relatively cost effective compared to many other pre-workout products. Controlled Labs as a whole seems to be a breakout company and I feel that White Flood was a major cause of that.
Controlled Labs included many of the same ingredients in White Flood that you see in most other pre-workout products. You have your nitric oxide booster, your stimulants, and your creatines. They have seemed to follow the mold of Universal Nutrition with their pre-workout product, Shock Therapy. They also include antioxidants in their formula. Controlled Labs gives the same reasoning that Universal Nutrition does. They say they added the antioxidants to scavenge free radicals normally produced by nitric oxide promoting ingredients.
They have also added Ornithine with Arginine, thinking they compounds will play off one another and both become more potent and longer lasting.
GABA is also included in this formula to take the edge off I suppose. That way you won’t have to worry about the jitters associated with other pre-workout supplements. You can’t mention GABA without mentioning potential increases in growth hormone production.
