MuscleMeds has introduced a unique protein powder onto the market. Carnivor is a beef isolate protein. This is a first that I know of. I know some companies do include a little bit of beef protein in products, but not exclusively and I don’t think it is beef isolate. To further mimic the results of beef, Carnivor includes 2.5 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving.

I do know a few people that like Carnivor. The biggest complaint that I have gotten from this product is the taste. Most people that have tried it says that it tastes terrible. Only one or two guys said it tasted okay.

The other complaint about Carnivor is the mixability. Most people said that it did not mix well at all. It was very clumpy. I suppose if you are going to use it that you should use a blender.

I think I will wait and get more feedback before I give MuscleMeds Carnivor a try. Retail prices on Carnivor are about $42 for a couple of pounds. So the price is comparable to other premium products.
