Intravol is one of the newer Muscletech supplements to hit the market in the past few months. I’m sure it will be just a matter of time before upgrade Intravol and put it in the Muscletech hardcore line. Is Intravol a product worth buying or is it like some other Muscletech supplements and just a waste of money.

Intravol is in the peri or during workout niche of bodybuilding supplements. First you had the pre-workout supplements that were popular, now you have post-workout supplements gaining in popularity. You had before and after, now you have during.

I do think that supplementing during workouts is a good idea. I think during and after training supplementation is critical whether you are trying to gain muscle mass or lose body fat.

MuscleTech Intravol
has several ingredients. These ingredients include:

Compounds to replenish glycogen stores
Electrolytes
Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs)
Essential amino acids
Creatine and other cell volumizing agents
Compounds to increase nutrient delivery and uptake

Muscletech says that it has a few studies supporting the effectiveness of Intravol. They claim some of them included some dramatic gains in strength. Anytime you see a supplement company using the word “dramatic”, laugh…..You won’t find a natural supplement that will give you “dramatic” anything. You might get results, but nothing spectacular.

Users report a slight pump from taking Intravol and increased focus. Odds are you won’t “feel” much at all from taking Intravol.

The good thing is that Intravol does not contain stimulants…you shouldn’t need any stimulants for a peri-workout supplement.

I am not a fan of Muscletech products at all. I would say Intravol is one of their more useful supplements…I would take Intravol over most any of their other products….especially Nano Vapor.

There are not many per-workout supplements out there…but there will be. More and more companies are producing and will produce more products like this. This means the products will get better, much better.
