Black Grape Health
Energy drinks have become very popular in recent years. Companies are making lots of money giving all of us liquid energy. Everyone knows the popular ones like 5 hour energy, redline, monster, NOS, there are quite a few of them.
Pretty much all of them will work. How well they work depends on the person. Some folks are more sensitive to stimulants than others so they won’t need much to get a good effect.

One of the newer ones to hit the shelves is Black Grape Health. The difference with their product is that they have added reservatrol to the mix. Reservatrol is been in the news a lot lately. It has some solid research behind it. As far as having it in an energy drink? I don’t think it will help much with energy, but you will get the antioxidant benefits which is a plus.
So what does the Black Grape energy drink contain?
Well, it has Leucine, green tea, and some B vitamins. Many energy drinks will have similar ingredients. The manufacturers claim that Black Grape can help you burn an extra 200 calories a day by using this product. Other drinks like Celsius make similar claims. Do I believe it? No I don’t.
Stimulants are included in this drink, of course. A few sources of caffeine are in the drink. You have Guarana and caffeine as well as the green tea that was mentioned earlier. It is said that the amounts of stimulants are not so strong that you will notice a crash that some of the super high caffeine products can produce.
Bring in the Resveratrol
Antioxidants are great for us. They kill all the bad stuff in our bodies. The anti-aging possibilities have been well documented. Resveratrol comes from a couple sources, grapes and Japanese Knotweed. Most reservatrol supplements contain the knotweed. Reservatrol provides anti-inflammatory benefits, improved brain and heart function, and a boost to the immune system.
As far as I know, this is the first energy drink of its kind. It is a healthier option for those that use energy drinks on a regular basis. You can consider Black Grape a healthy energy drink.
