AdrenaLean is a maximum 2 capsule serving with their own delivery system that is supposed to promote complete absorption. Biorhythm claims to give you all the energy and appetite suppression without and negative side effects (jitters).
The higher absorption, they claim, is due to pH. They have somehow adjusted the pH of the product to match the pH of the body allowing for complete absorption. They are calling it a lipotonic delivery system (that’s where the LDS comes from). This is supposed to happen when you take the pill with water. This is also the reason that you only have to take 1 or 2 capsules daily.
When do you take AdrenaLean?
If you are going to take is for its appetite suppression benefits you need to take it before a meal, about 15 to 30 minutes before you get ready to eat. If you are taking it for its fat burning or energy benefits, you can take it a few minutes before your workouts or whenever you think you will be needing the energy kick. As with any fat burner, don’t take it too late in the day, it may keep you awake at night.

150mg hoodia
20mg synephrine
3mg yohimbe
