BioRhythm Arnge Krush, 780 Grams, Florida OrangeBiorhythm Arnge Krush has been available for over 5 years. Many people wouldn’t know that though. It distribution has been limited somewhat. For those that have tried it, however, Arnge Krush is a favorite. Some may question the timing of Krush’s introduction to the online supplement marketplace, but I still think it will be able to hold its own against the Jack3d juggernaut.

Arnge Krush provides some of the same benefits that other preworkout supplements provide. You get increased energy and stamina along with possible increases in strength and focus. Krish does contain arginine so of course you will get the pumps that so many people are after.

So what makes Arnge Krush different from the rest of the preworkout products out there?

Biorhythm includes timed release arginine into Krush. Biorhythm claims that their time release technology allows for longer activation of nitric oxide. It is supposed to be an 8 hour time release product. Does it actually work? Well that is debatable. Some users say yes, while others say no. It is up to the individual to judge for themselves.

Arnge Krush also includes Kre-Alkalyn creatine…about 1 gram of it into the formula. Biorhythm says that they have used Kre-Alkalyn because it is much more effective than regular creatine monohydrate….lab tested and proven to be so.

Also included are ingredients to help with focus, endurance, and intensity. You will find the usual suspects such as Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Tyrosine, and Rhodiola Rosea. The one difference is that Krush contains time release caffeine in the formula instead of the standard caffeine.

Other ingredients:

Ginkgo  Biloba
Vinpocetine
Huperzine
Alpha Lipoic Acid

Personal Experience with Arnge Krush:

I have tried this product and have used it off and on for a few years now. The taste is average. Its nothing that you would enjoy and look forward to drinking. Of course the taste would not be the reason to take a pre workout supplement. In my opinion, the best tasting is the Blue Hawaii flavor. It reminds me of cotton candy.

I noticed a nice energy boost from the product. I never really got tired toward the end of the workouts. There might be something to that time release caffeine that they have. I couldn’t tell much of a difference as far as focus goes. That has never been a problem for me in the past.

Pumps were average I would say. The pumps were good, but not any better than anything else I have ever tried.

I would say the best think about Krush would be the energy and endurance. I felt good after the workouts. There were a few occasions where I felt like I could have continued my workout if I had wanted to and still would have been productive. So if that is what you are looking for instead of a huge pump, I would recommend Arnge Krush.

By the way, they also make a good protein that is a favorite of mine. It is called 100% Whole Gains. It is basically is Muscle Milk done the right way. It is a much healthier option with higher quality protein…..and it tastes very good….especially the watermelon flavor…..I love that stuff!

You could alternate them from workout to workout if you wanted to. I wouldn’t use them both prior to the same workout, that may be a little overkill with some of the ingredients they both contain. It would probably be overkill not only from a performance standpoint, but also a financial one. It would be more cost effective to use them separately.
