Cellucor M5 Extreme, 30 Servings, Fruit PunchCellucor’s pre workout supplement of the moment is M5. M5 was originally a little bit lighter in stimulants than most pre workout supplements. Folks who liked to workout in the evening could use it because it gave them the energy and focus they needed for the workout without keeping them awake at night. It tasted pretty good too.

Cellcor M5 has recently been reformulated. It now includes the Geranium extract that is in Jack3d, making it a very strong pre workout product. It doesn’t taste as good as the other version, it is a bit chalky. What it lacks in taste it makes up for in a productive workout.

It is no longer in individual packets, it comes in the usual powder and scoop packaging that most products come in these days.

Are there any other benefits to the new formula?
The new formula also contains Magnesium Chelated Creatine, AKA Magnapower. This is a better form of creatine than the monohydrate or ethyl ester version of creatine. That and the above mentioned stimulants are among the biggest benefits to the new formula.

I just got this stuff today at GNC at a discounted price of $49 and am very excited to see how good it works. The taste is pretty good (kinda like a pixie stick) and the best part is that you don’t have to take large amounts of the supplement, just before you workout. I have read very good reviews on it and can say after just using it once I did feel more pumped that usual
