USP Labs Anabolic Pump

Anabolic Pump is a relatively novel supplement manufactured by USP Labs. Ingredients in this product entice muscle cells to take in glucose like insulin. USP Labs argues that these ingredients actually work BETTER than insulin. They say the difference is that the ingredients in Anabolic Pump prevents fat cells from taking in glucose while at the same time promoting fat burning. This is something that insulin does not do.
The reason this supplement is called Anabolic Pump is because users should get a better pump during training that they otherwise would. Reportedly the pumps you get with Anabolic Pump should be better than the pumps associated with nitric oxide supplements. Some users say the pump is good while others do not notice much of a difference. The manufacturer says that this could be due to insulin resistance. In fact, Anabolic Pump could actually help increase insulin sensitivity.
Anabolic Pump can be taken continuously. You do not have to cycle it like you would testosterone or some creatine supplements. USP Labs cites studies that used the ingredients in Anabolic Pump for over 5 months.
How does Anabolic Pump work?
It helps harness the power of insulin to transform the physique. As I have mentioned in previous posts, food is the most anabolic thing in the world. You can take every steroid known to man and without the proper diet, you won’t gain any muscle…..none. Anabolic Pump has been formulated to help your body make food even more anabolic than it already is by using insulin to move more nutrients into your muscle cells as opposed by being stored as body fat.
Bodybuilders are interested in insulin and how it works for a reason. Insulin is the most powerful anabolic hormone produced by the human body. The problem with insulin is that it promotes fat storage. USP Labs says that Anabolic Pump can help your body metabolize carbohydrates more efficiently eventually allowing users to take in more carbohydrates without causing insulin insensitivity and fat gain.
If you have problems with taking in large amounts of carbs (insulin insensitivity), it is suggested that you take in up to 40 grams of carbs with Anabolic Pump. After a period of about a month, you can gradually increase the amounts of carbs that are ingested so that more glycogen and nutrients can be shuttled into the muscle cells.
For those that have no problems with insulin insensitivity (you don’t gain fat easily with carbs), you can gradually double or even triple the amount over your normal carb intake with your doses of the supplement.
Ingredients in Anabolic Pump can potentially prevent insulin from being delivered into fat cells by blocking actions by certain transport proteins in the body. Because of this blocking mechanism, less insulin needs to be secreted by the body.
What kind of gains can you expect?
According to a majority of users, muscle gains made while taking this supplement are permanent, provided that enough calories are consistently taken in after the usage of the supplement has ceased. Also, remember that excess calories will need to be taken in for muscle growth. If the user does not take in enough calories on a consistent basis, the user’s gains will not be optimal.
Anabolic Pump Dosage
Take 1 capsule two times per day about 20 minutes before meals containing carbs. After the first week, increase the dosage to 1 capsule three times per day about 20 minutes before meals containing carbs.
As mentioned above the best times to take this supplement would be around meals containing carbohydrates. Some users feel that it works really well with Intermittent Fasting diet programs. I took this product for a full cycle and noticed no visible change in results in weight, increase in weight I could lift didn’t really change my results from the previous month.

I like USP Labs supplements, but didn’t think this one worked to well. i took it like it said on the label, but couldn’t tell a difference.
I am on AP right now. The first week they have you take two a day 15min prior to a large carb meal. The second week they start you on 3 a day before large carb meal and so you must eat lots of carbs! Failure todo so will result in you getting really tired. I didn’t eat enough carbs the first week and thought it didnt work, but I am loving it and almost done with my first bottle. I look bigger, feel stronger, and eat more!
