We have been getting several emails about some of the more popular supplements. Instead of emailing everyone individually, we hope to give everyone the answers they are looking for in the form of posts.  Feel free to ask questions in the comments sections.

How long does it take for Prime by USP labs to work?

how long just depends on the person. Most users can expect results within 8 weeks or so. It will probably take at least two bottles of Prime before results are evident.
Does usp labs Jack3d really work?

If you mean lots of energy for workouts, yest Jack3ed does work. It has a powerful stimulant effect. Will it help you gain muscle mass? Some users have reported muscle gains using it. It will also depend, of course, on calorie intake. Jack3ed can help whether you are trying to gain muscle mass or lose bodyfat, you just have to make the necessary adjustments to your nutrtion program and overall lifestyle.

Do I have to cycle Jack3d?

I would recommend cycling it. It would be wise to cycle Jack3d due to the creatine and the stimulants. Users will notice that after a week or two, more scoops are needed to get the same effect for their workouts. The body will adapt quickly. Cycling will help the body recover and get “back to normal” so that when the Jack3d is re-introduced, the number of scoops needed to get the desired effect will be similar to the amounts in the beginning.

How much caffeine  does Jack3d contain?

We have been told that Jak3d contains about 100mg of caffeine per serving.


Where is the best place to purchase Jack3d?

The best prices are online. There are several online retailers that have it at great prices. We used to buy it at bodybuilding.com but now we use Amazon. You will find that Amazon has some really good prices on bodybuilding supplements.

Which is better M5 extreme or Jack3d?

Both supplements are good products. M5 is  stronger in stimulants and has a better form of creatine. Jack3d is cheaper. Overall I like M5 a bit more.

What do I need to eat to gain muscle mass?

Well that could be a whole post in itself, but I will try and give you a cliff’s notes answer. Complex carbs, quality proteins, and healthy fats should be staples in your diet. Lots of lean red meat, chicken and fish are a must. You want about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. A calorie surplus is required for this as well. The protein and calorie intake must be consistently higher for best results. Fats are also extremely helpful in getting your calorie levels up, especially if you are having difficulty eating enough.

I have actually had some former clients include 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in their protein shakes to get their calories up. I’ll go more into detail on this question at a later date, but this should give you an idea on what you need to do to get on the right track.
