Other responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive customer specific plans, as well as working in a collaborative manner with Account Management, Medical and Cross functional account teamsThe Health IT Specialist will also support healthcare stakeholders including end users, clinicians, informatics, Quality, Population Health and IT teams.Success in this position requires a self-starter that thrives in ambiguity and can be both a strategic partner and outcomes driven. Core Duties/Responsibilities: Health IT SpecialistIdentify potential gaps/barriers within EHR systems at priority IDN’s & Health SystemsProblem solve and provide solutions and resolution of EHR gapsIdentify workflow barriers and recommend scalable solutionsWorks collaboratively with customers including end users, licensed clinicians, IT informatics team, quality EHR Manager and analyst to provide meaningful insights to enhance patient careAlign resources to develop comprehensive plans by priority institutionComplete workflow assessments with institutional customers to identify potential gaps in care across the patient journeyDevelop and implement comprehensive customer specific plansWill act as matrix team Health IT Specialist subject matter expert to both internal and external stakeholders with matrix partners across account management, medical, and other cross functional partners.
